Scott Simonich, President & CEO, possesses over 20 years experience in the lending industry. Scott has presided over the company's growth from inception, funding over $10B since 1994. Under Scott's leadership the company has become one of California's premiere mortgage lending organizations and is licensed in multiple states. Previously, Scott has held executive positions at the Bank of Walnut Creek & First Security Savings Bank and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
Mario De Tomasi, CFO/COO, has responsibility developing financial strategy, operational execution including risk management, regulatory compliance and reporting. Previously, he founded Capital Lending Partners a wholesale mortgage lending operation. Mr. De Tomasi held the position of Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing at Clear Channel Communications, Senior Vice President Business Development at Eller Media Company, Vice President and General Sales Manager at General Electric Capital (GECC) and is a graduate of Saint Mary's College of California.
Jennifer Hanson, Vice President Administration & Human Resources, has over 16 years of experience focused primarily in the discipline of Human Relations. Jennifer's responsibilities include acting as a liaison managing relationships between the Corporate office and its branch offices, creation of company policies and procedures, management of Human Resources to include hiring, administration of employee benefits and employment law. Jennifer holds a degree in Organizational Communications from the California State University, Chico.
Don Emerson, Vice President of Production, has been in the lending industry for over 24 years in all facets of the business, including both retail and wholesale. While at Washington Mutual he managed the top ten California accounts funding over $10B in loans. Don’s track record of being a multi-year top producer in the industry, serves well for the support of our existing sales talent, and the continued success of our loan officers and affiliate branches.
John Lawson, Vice President of Compliance, has 30 years of experience in the areas of consumer compliance, audit, accounting, finance, operations, and information technology in the specialized financial service and banking industry. John’s work experience includes the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Bank of America, E-Loan and Union Bank. John holds a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University and two certifications as a CIA and a CISA.
Adam Robertson, Vice President of Operations, currently oversees all day to day management within the operations department. He was promoted to this current role after serving as an Area Manager for the previous two years. Adam has 10 years experience in the lending industry and 15 plus years of operations management, including previous roles at PTF Financial, Megastar Financial Corporation and United Parcel Service. Mr. Robertson has been instrumental in the automation and systems enhancements programs since their inception.
